He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Arvel and Emma Jean Church; and his brothers, Johnny Church and Allen Church. He is survived by: his wife Donna Crowe Church; his daughters, Misty Church, Holly Church Mayfield, Katie Church (Jonathan Bloniarz) and Cassie Boehman (Logan); his grandchildren, Andrew, Chase, Michael, Maya, Cameron, Emma Jo, Jamison, Collin, Vincent, Jaxston, Hudson, Gracelyn, Raylan and Stetson; his great grandchildren, Brayleigh and Lyla Lou; and his sisters, Rhonda McCain, Susan Floyd (Jackie) and Karen Arnold. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory (900 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at the Resurrection Cemetery.
