He is survived by: his wife Tammy Robinson Garland; his children, Felicia Southers (Stephen), Johnathan Garland, Tracy Overbee (Lance), Jennifer Hart (Wes), Joseph Robinson, David Ingram (Megan) and Kevin McVey; his grandchildren, Shelly, Thomas, Mercedes, Kelsie, Levi, Nathaniel, Haley, Brittney, Kipton, Breanna, Stephen, Larry, Adrianna, Douglas, Mattie, Jaxon, Saundra, Alyssa, Heavenley, Crue, Chloe, Isabella and Natilie; his great grandchildren, Tucker, Adalynn and Piper; and his siblings, Wiley Garland, Hubert Garland, Jr., Brenda Marksberry, Thelma Gail Garland, Helen Bailey and Elizabeth Garland (Red).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home (89 Slate Ave, Owingsville, KY 40360). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home (89 Slate Ave, Owingsville, KY 40360).
