He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wilburn Jones and Fanny Mae Walton Jones; his wife Betty K. Jones; his daughter Charlotte Ann Jones Snapp; and his nephew Mark Morris.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Lila Beth Willoughby (Jimmy) of Carlisle and Garla Hart (Jason) of Bethel; his great grandchildren, Savannah Bates, Timothy "Andrew" Roberts and Holly Bates Snowden; his great great grandchildren, Jamie Roberts, Oval Snowden II and Laynee Hammond; and his sister Norma Morris (Richard) of Upland.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Michael R Gray Funeral Home (89 Slate Ave, Owingsville, KY 40360). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Calendar Longview Cemetery.
