She was predeceased by: her parents, Georgia Christine Toy Story and Thomas Everett Stamper. She is survived by: her husband Alfred Fawns Junior; her children, Timothy Fawns (Barbara) and Tina Fawns (David Collins); her grandchildren, Tyler Fawns, Shelby Samudio (Enrique Samudio) and Katherine Collins; her great grandchildren, Henry and Arlo Samudio; her stepsiblings, Ricky Story (Gail) and Patty Story Everman; and her stepfather Clarence Story.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hedricks Cemetery (5308 Old Sand Rd, Salt Lick, KY 40371).
