He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Parkhill (Williams); his wife Dianna Lynn Parkhill (Pryor); his father James E Parkhill, Sr.; and his sister Paula Herrington. He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Smith (Jeff) of Paducah and Christy Parkhill of Paducah; his brother Larry Dean Parkhill (Lana) of Arizona; his cousin Steve Fellows (Sandy) of Paducah; his grandchildren, Dara Tubbs, Devyn Martin (Ross), Alexa Griffin (Zach), Jason Smith (Chelsey), Chandler McGowan, Taylor Fondaw and Clayton Smith (Kathy); and his great grandchildren, Emma, Addison, Landon, Lane, Levi, Ella, Ayden, Matti, Avery, Mallie and Macie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Lone Oak (3745 Old US Hwy 45 S, Paducah, KY 42003). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
