He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jarrett Crouch; his daughters, Kimberly Anderson (Kevin) of Paducah and Donna Crouch Everett (Jay) of Paducah; his brother Tommy Crouch (Marie); his grandchildren, Kyle Anderson, Alex Anderson and Taylar; and his great grandchild Rylee Anderson.
