She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sons, Ted Elkins (Anna) of Benton, KY and Bruce Elkins (Cindy) of Murfreesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Kimberly Fonville, Chris Elkins, Pam Hopper (Roy), Amanda Conatser (Don), Ryan Elkins (Lisa) and Stephanie Marschang (Erik); her husband Paul W. Elkins, Jr.; and her parents, Lonnie Buckner and Naomi Seward Buckner. She was also cherished by 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
