He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Osborne and Ethel Horn Osborne; and his son John Paul Osborne, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rupayne Kendall Osborne; his daughters, Linda Osborne of Denver, Cheryl Zoltac of Spokane and Mary Tenbrink of Wichita, Kansas; his stepchildren, Caryn Watkins of Paducah and Mark Watkins of Paducah; and his children, Richmond Road of Lexington, KY and Bechtold Road. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
