He is survived by: his wife Teresa McDonald; his daughter Amber McDonald (Matt Ford) of Paducah; and his siblings, Gayle Kaler (Andy) of Paducah and Gene McDonald of Smithland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and one aunt.
