She is survived by: her children, David Simmons (Beth Ann) and Tonjua Miles Yopp of Paducah, KY; her siblings, Otis "Skinner" Tolbert (Denise) and Lyla Hayden of Paducah, KY; her grandchildren, Evan Yopp (Grace), Jeran Simmons, Joshua Yopp (Brittany) and Shanden Simmons; and her great grandchildren, Logan Leith, Miles Yopp and Landyn Yopp.
