She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Vanatta and Hazel Vanatta; her husband Robert Lewis Horn Sr.; and her sister Doris Van Moerkerke. She is survived by: her sons, Jesus, Duane Anderson (Carol) of Bakersfield, Bob Horn, Jr. of Paducah, Bill Horn (Kim) of Branson and Stan Horn of Fresno, California. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
