It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nina Sue Hendon (Paducah, Kentucky), born in Waverly, Tennessee, who passed away on October 1, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Hendon (Ramona) of Dallas, TX, Bruce Hendon and Glenn Hendon (Terry); her brother Loyd Parnell (Rose) of Fairview, TN; her grandchildren, Kristy Barkley (Robert), Blake Gilliland (Jami), Travis Hendon (Victoria) and Dakota Hendon; her great grandchildren, Isaac Estes-Adoff, Andrew Barkley, Maysen Gilliland, Cooper Gilliland, Jaxson Hendon, Cain Wallace, Gavin Hawkins and Jada Birchfield; her parents, Neal Wallace Parnell and Elsie Toland Batton; her stepfather Homer Batton; and her siblings, Mildred Hopwood and Neal Parnell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
