He is survived by: his wife Donna Boulton Wallace; his children, Donna Anne Wallace of Paducah, Candy Bartlett (Darrin) of Mayfield, Julie Wilson of Mayfield, Kristi Brown (Tim) of Mayfield, Johnny Wallace and Melissa (Tommy Wallace); his siblings, Linda Shelton (Wayne) of Paducah, Gene Wallace (Kay) of Sharpe and Wayne Wallace of Paducah; his grandchildren, Dustin Walker, Ryan Wallace, Jordan Garner, Kala O'Bryan, Kyla Koonce, Michelle Kidd, Aaron Kidd, Kameron Courtney, Casey McClard, Corey Dycus and Kourtney Brown; and his great grandchildren, Khloe Walker, Braxton Baker, Audrey O'Bryan, Brayden Wallace, Daisy Wallace and Cash Holmes.
