It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Cope-Shelton (Paducah, Kentucky), who passed away on March 26, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita Cope-Shelton to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ottie Webb and Opal Webb of Kevil; her husband Phil Shelton; and her sons, Jay Orazine (Sandy) of Paducah, Wes Orazine (Ginger) and Ray Shelton (Nancy). She was also cherished by seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center at Mercy Health Paducah.
