She is survived by: her husband Ellis Pennington; her children, Kimberly Stalker (Chris) of Flat Gap, Kentucky and Anthony Pennington (Stephanie) of Flat Gap, Kentucky; her stepson Mark Pennington (Lisa) of St. Petersburg, Florida; her sister Marie Pennington (Jimmie) of Flat Gap, Kentucky; her stepgranddaughter Alyssa Parent; her aunt Esta Penix of Hager Hill, Kentucky; and her caregivers, Stephanie Cisco, Alyssa Parent and Marie Pennington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
