He is survived by: his close friend Deborah VanHorn; his son Anthony Burns of Paintsville, KY; his nephew Tony Burns (Christy); and his sister-in-law Iris (Glen Burchett). He is also survived by one granddaughter, two great granddaughters, one grandchild.
