She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Oppel and Bernice Gearhart Oppel; her spouse Woodward Sherman Smith; and her brother Lorren Oppel. She is survived by: her sons, Glenn W. Smith (Carla) of Staffordsville, KY and Randy E. Kuzma-Smith (Sharon) of Frankenmuth, MI; her sisters, Marietta Berkheimer and Carolyn Crissman; her grandchildren, Taylor G. Smith (Tiffany), Carlee J. Salisbury (Patrick) and Katelynn M. Smith (Tyler); and her great grandchildren, Hadleigh T. Smith, Baron and Ashton Craft.
