She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonza Blevins and Eliza Frazier Blevins; her husband Eugene Reynolds; her children, Randy Eugene Reynolds and Crystal Reynolds; and her siblings, Albert Blevins, Lonza Blevins, James Blevins, Bonnie Crabtree, Susan Sudbrook, Judy Blevins, Lori Blevins, Ella Blair and Marybelle Hurt.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Fairchild of Paintsville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Heather Kestner (Andrew) of Paintsville, Dalton Fairchild of Paintsville and Jonathan Fairchild of Paintsville, Kentucky; and her sisters, Betty Foster of Lucasville and Marie Wallen of Warsaw, Indiana. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel (807 S Mayo Trail, Paintsville, KY 41240). A burial was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at the Jayne Cemetery.
