She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Jackson and Rebecca Hawkins Hughes; and her siblings, Charles Hughes, Wesley Rankin and Marthelma Hughes.

She is survived by: her husband Reuben Dodge; her daughters, Reba Dodge Blanton and Sheila Dodge Wilson (Tyron, Sr.); her grandchildren, Tyron Wilson, Jr., Alexandria Wilson, Tyler Wilson and Dionne Williams (Willie, Sr.); and her sister Hestella Hill. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Lupus Foundation of America, 2121 K St., NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20037.
