He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Toadvine and Elsie Maude Ginter Toadvine; his daughter Amy Toadvine David; and his brothers, Teddy Toadvine and Roger Toadvine.
He is survived by: his spouse Connie Massey Toadvine; his children, Joseph Ray Toadvine, Donald Brent Toadvine and Vonda Lynn Blancett; his grandchildren, Alan Alami (Katina), Tara Palmer (Robert), Cole Blancett, Grant Blancett, Wesley David, Danielle Toadvine, Jesse Cole and Raelynn Toadvine; and his sisters, Patsy Clark (Randy) and EllaJo Bolton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
