She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Gaines and Mildred Evelyn Gaines (Lawson); her siblings, Sandy Kenney and James Leon Gaines; and her brother-in-law William Derringer.
She is survived by: her husband Homer L. Rader; her son Steven Rader (C. J. Sares); her siblings, Phyllis Gilliam (Chester), Brenda Derringer, Mike Gaines (Carrie), Dencil Gaines (Diana) and David Gaines (Patricia); and her goddaughters, Talisha Blake (Kolt) and Lexi Webb (Chase). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
