It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Pate Cassity of Paris, Kentucky, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband James A. Cassity; her parents, Wallace C. Pate and Thelma Vice Pate; her sister Majorie Pate Clough; and her brothers-in-law, George Clough, Paul Cassity and William Cassity.

She is survived by : her sons, Terry (Linda Cassity) and Mike (Cathy Cassity); her grandsons, Brian Cassity (Heather) of Lake Shore, MD., Kyle Cassity of Cynthiana Ky and Todd Cassity of Lexington Ky; her great grandchildren, Norah and Rachel Cassity; and her sisters-in-law, Ellen Cassity of Paris Ky and Anna Cassity of Millersburg Ky. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
