He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Reed Stamper; his grandson Jeffrey Acie Haggard; his brothers, Freddie Stamper (Norma) and Donald Stamper (Martha); and his nephew John Leach III. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
