He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Hume Bedford, Sr. and Gladys Earlywine Bedford. He is survived by: his sister Mary Ross; his nieces, Mary Alice Prater (Phil) and Margaret Ann Gedde (Todd); his great-nieces and great-nephews, James Ross Prater (Jessica), Matthew Prater (Brooke), Daniel Prater, Calynn Gedde, Marissa Gedde, Jarad Gedde and Elizabeth Gedde; and his friend Tom Acke (late Pat).
