She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Price and Stella Price (Clark); her husbands, Thomas Welchel and Donald Welchel; and her siblings, Anna Jones, Fannie Renfro, Edwin Price, Luther Price, Alma Weaver, Esther Price and Mickey Price.

She is survived by: her sibling's children, Austin Price, Faye, Paul Perry, Jeffrey Price, Luther W. Price and Debbie Taylor.
