She is survived by: her husband Ernie Pettyjohn; her children, Bobby Pettyjohn (Lori) and Tracy Church (Randy); her siblings, Phillip Johnson, Johnny Johnson, Amanda Johnson, Pauletta Taylor, Janice Taylor, Wilma Friett and Patricia Webb; and her grandchildren, Courtney (Dylan), Sara, Donovan, Zak and Brooke.
