It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sallie Kincer of Payne Gap, Kentucky, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Boyd Church and Ellen Holbrook Church; her husband Hughie Kincer; her sons, Dwayne Kincer (Robin) of Jenkins and Darren Kincer (Patricia) of Payne Gap; her siblings, Jerry Church of Corbin and Eula Guy of Corbin; her grandchildren, Bobbi Eldridge (Brian), Samuel Kiser (Sarah) and Kela Stevens (Colley); and her great grandchildren, Dylan Eldridge, Jackson Eldridge, Judah Kiser, Canaan Kiser, Zane Kiser and Riley Kae Kiser.
Private Services will be Private due to COVID-19 Restrictions.
