He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Woodrow Wilson and Sarah Taylor Phillips; his wife Dolores Rose Phillips; and his children, Tommy Jr. (Kellie Phillips), Sadie Rodriquez, Chris (Ruby Phillips) of Payne Gap, David Phillips of New Jersey and Jeannette Phillips of Garland, Texas. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 2 brothers; 2 sisters.
