He was predeceased by : his parents, Shelby Lee and Ella Mae Dillender Lee; and his siblings, Elmer Joseph Lee, Pat Lee, Charles Buster Lee and Eva Nell Sawyer.
He is survived by : his wife Joyce Lee of Pembroke; his daughter Kimberly West (Terry) of Vine Grove, Kentucky; and his siblings, Ronnie Lee of White Plains, Kentucky and Shirley Anglin of Pembroke.
