He was predeceased by: his parents, Quillie Womack and Barbara Womack Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Betty Womack; his children, Kenyuana Bell, Ashleigh Morrison (Anthony), Geraldine Tucker, Walter Bell (Chenika), Leonard Bell (Jody), Catina Bell and Terra Hawkins (Jermaine); and his siblings, Fay Womack (Ricky), Barbara Womack Wilson (Glen), Kirby Womack (Anika) and Debbie Womack. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gamble Funeral Home (1311 Liberty St, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
