He is survived by : his wife Mary Campbell; his daughter Elizabeth (Stuart Bowling); his grandchildren, Joshua, Christopher (Jessica), Zachary (Meredith), Stephanie, Tabitha, Jonathan and Samantha; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Macy, McKinley, Lindsey, Hayden, Logan and Paislee.
