He was predeceased by: his mother Kimberly Ballinger; his uncles, John Turner, Jim Turner and Buddy Willis; and his aunt Patricia Turner.
He is survived by: his father Charles "Chuck" Turner, Sr.; and also Kimberly Ballinger (Phil).
A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (3227 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018).
