He was predeceased by: his sibling's children, Jeffrey Clay Bond and Allison Willoughby Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Wallace Powell; his sisters, Sally Powell Bond Lowrey of Naples and Martha Anne Willoughby of Jeffersonville, Indiana; and his siblings' children, Tom Bond, III (Jen), Dru Willoughby (Janet) and Kristi Davidsaver.
