It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Lee Mullins of Pikeville, Kentucky, born in Richlands, Virginia, who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Glen Mullins of Big Rock, Virginia.; and his brother James Glendon Mullins of Pikeville. He is survived by: his mother Opal Marie Newsome Hunt of Pikeville; his children, Betty Jo Dunn (Danny) of Jackson and Christopher Matthew Mullins of Huntington; his siblings, Sue Adkins (Milton) of Virgie, Elizabeth Mullins Vantuyl of Pikeville, Joyce Stevens (late Frank) of Pikeville and Hershel McCray (Margie) of Chesnee; and his stepsiblings, Tracy Hunt (Lexy) of Corpus Christi, Michael Hunt of Louisa, Sheree Empson (David) of Illinois and Joan Blackburn (Randy) of Frankfort. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
