He was predeceased by: his father James Delano Clevinger; his sister Tammy Clevinger; and his children, Dale Clevinger, Jr. of Cleveland, OH, Kayla Parsons of Hellier, KY, DeAnna Anderson of Elkhorn City, KY and Donielle Silcox.
He is survived by: his mother Ruth Bentley Slone of Hellier, KY; and his siblings, Tracy Clevinger of Belcher, KY, Terry Clevinger of Rogersville, TN and Angela Clevinger of Pikeville, KY.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
