He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dick Ratliff and Bonnie Ramey Ratliff; and his sister Ruby Childers. He is survived by: his close friend Ruth Adkins; his daughters, Rebecca Ratliff Swindall (Curtis) and Suelene Rowe; his pet Harry; his siblings, Ricky Ratliff (Anita), Jackie Ratliff, Linda Coleman, Connie Breahm (Dean) and Faye Childers (Dan); his grandchildren, Dalton Cole Swindall and Kelsie Williams; and his great grandchild Weston Cole Swindall. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
