He is survived by: his wife Shawna Potter Crum; his sons, Brandon (Stephanie) and Joshua Crum (Kellie) of Pikeville, Kentucky.; his siblings, Delbert Crum of Pikeville, William Crum of Elkhorn City, Mary Lou Sifers of Elkhorn City and Martha Lee Gilbert of Raleigh; and his grandchildren, Gabriel Madison Crum, Zachary James Crum, Gavin Cole Crum, Kaden Joshua Crum, James Grey Crum, Kenley Addison Crum and Zayla Shawn Crum of Pikeville.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 12080 Elkhorn Creek, Ashcamp, KY 41512.
