She is survived by: her son Richard Slone of Pikeville, KY; her sister Teresa Carol Ratliff of Ashcamp, KY; and her grandchildren, Alexandria Renee Slone, Jacob Isaac Slone, Alexia Pagie Slone, Ryan Chase Slone, Savanna Faith Slone and Lindsey Nicole Adkins.
