She was predeceased by: her brothers, Donald and Rick James. She is survived by: her parents, Ralph James and Lorene Hunt; her close friend Terry Michael Chapman of Pikeville, KY; her children, Cory Collins (Summer) of Pikeville, Cody Chapman (Makayla) of Shelbiana, David Chapman of Pikeville, Jeffery Chapman (Tasha) of Elkhorn City, Gregory Chapman (Kayla) of Elkhorn, Austin Thacker of Shelbiana and Courtney Bowman (Garnie); and her sisters, Rita Sammons of Harold and Margie McPherson of Morehead. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Community Funeral Home (4902 Zebulon Hwy, Raccoon, KY 41501).
