He is survived by: his children, Michael Richard Meade (Diane) of Winchester and Jennifer Looney (Brandon Bartley) of Pikeville; his sister Wilda Carlotta Lowe of Frazier, Michigan.; and his grandchildren, William Richard Meade, Shelby Louann Meade, Jordyn Elizabeth Looney (Jadyn Makenzie Looney) and Mary Kent (Amy Singleton).
