She is survived by: her husband Timothy Juan Carter; her children, Timothy "TJ" Carter (Danielle) of Pikeville and Elizabeth Grace Maynard (Jason) of Pikeville; her grandchildren, Peyton Carter, Carson Maynard, Landon Carter, Nolan Maynard, Jaxon Carter and Annie Maynard; her brother Rodney Hampton of Pikeville; her stepsister Elaine Kaiser of Lexington; and her stepmother Paula Hampton of Lexington.
