She is survived by: her children, Teddy Grigsby of Bradenton, Theodore Grigsby Jr. of Lotts Creek, Michael Combs of Red Creek, Jennifer Renee Caudill of Lotts Creek and Alyssa Collins of Pikeville; her sister Robin Ramey of Pikeville; her grandchildren, Deliana Combs, Luca Jerome Grigsby, Brynlea Grigsby, Harley Gayhart and Haleigh Gayhart; and her great grandchild Braxyn Dean Gray.
