She is survived by : her husband Kelly Barnett; her sons, Kevin Barnett (Marcie) of Cincinnati and Eric Barnett (Lori) of Cincinnati; her stepsons, Kelly Wayne Barnett of Lexington and John Allen Barnett of Madisonville; her grandchildren, Trey of Cincinnati, Isaac of Cincinnati, Jadin of Cincinnati, Gavin of Cincinnati and Jaxon Barnett of Cincinnati; her stepgranddaughters, Katie Young, Emily Barnett, Diana Utley and Alicia Calder; and her siblings, Edwin Luther Duncan of Strunk, A. Y. Duncan (Marilyn) of Strunk and Bonnie Stephens (Morris) of Winfield, Tennessee..
