Stephens of Pine Knot; her daughter Jamie Eubank (Steven) of Eubank, KY; her stepsons, Chris Stephens and Eric Stephens; her siblings, Craig Price of Whitley City, David Price (Lisa) of Stearns, KY and Robin Reagan (Steve) of Sevierville, TN; her grandchildren, Thomas Eubank, Joseph Eubank and Jeremiah Perry; and her nieces, Stacy Waters, Angela Perry, Laquia Anderson and Tara Chaney.
