He is survived by: his children, Jesse Hale, Darrell Hale, Charles Hale Jr., Christopher Hale, Richard Hale, Benji Faye Hale, James McKinney, Cheyanne Hale, Debbie Stevens, Jennifer Hale, Angelia Ballard and Tammy Hale; and his sisters, Phyllis Hale and Irene Hale. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
