He was predeceased by : his parents, Bruce Hale and Ethel Ledford Hale; his children, Jimmy Dean Hale and Gloria Jean Hale; his siblings, Donald Hale, Buddy Brewer, Mary Hale, Gail Hale, Kathryn Brewer and Mazie Brewer; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Hale, Autumn Raker, Dalton Hale and Andrea Hale; and his great grandchild Hazel Spencer.
He is survived by : his children, Jesse Hale, Darrell Hale, Charles Hale Jr., Christopher Hale, Richard Hale, Benji Faye Hale, James McKinney, Cheyanne Hale, Debbie Stevens, Jennifer Hale, Angelia Ballard and Tammy Hale; and his sisters, Phyllis Hale and Irene Hale. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
