He is survived by: his wife Lola Brand Booth of Pine Ridge, Kentucky; his son Daniel Booth (Patricia) of Rogers, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Zachary Clay Booth of Franklin, Brooke Booth of Waco, Kentucky, Hannah Booth of Waco, Kentucky and Lillian Booth of Waco, Kentucky; and his siblings, Wallace Booth of Stanton and Rosalee Bradley (Glenn) of Campton.
