She is survived by : her husband Phillip Spencer of Pine Ridge, Kentucky; and her siblings, Harold E. Halsey of Clay City, Kentucky, Robert D. Halsey of Clay City, Kentucky, Judy D. Heizer (Greg) of Mt. Sterling, Sharon L. Banks (Paul) of Pine Ridge, Lisa K. Spencer (Randy) of Pine Ridge, Connie S. Alley (Jimmy) of Piney Flats and Rheda L. Rogers of Paris, Kentucky. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
