He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Jones Turner of Pine Ridge; his children, Tosha Turner of Pine Ridge, Tonia Turner of Bethany, Sarah Turner Shelton (Jason) of Beattyville, Gary Turner (Tiffany) of Campton and Andrew Stidham of Jackson; his grandchildren, Lara Turner, Laken Turner, Amelia Turner and Nolan Davidson; and his siblings, Effie Turner Jackson (Sam) of Mount Sterling, Bill Turner (Irene Campbell) of Jackson, Eugene Turner (Kathy) of Jackson and Host.
