He is survived by: his children, Woodrow "Woody" Tibbs (Katrina) of Pine Ridge, Daniel Slusher of Winchester, Kentucky, Rogia Davis (Cody Polley) of Lexington, Mossa Tibbs of Kentucky and Marlena Tibbs of Campton, Kentucky; and his siblings, Billy Barker of Stanton, Henry Barker of Campton, Kentucky, Rosemary Rowley of Naples and Wilma Molands of Jackson, Kentucky.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
