He is survived by: his children, Billy Philyaw (Chasity), Jonathan Philyaw (Keesha Collet) and Claude Philyaw, Jr.; his grandchildren, McKaylee Philyaw, Emily Philyaw, Keegan Philyaw, Brittany Philyaw, Jenny Philyaw, John Philyaw and Tamera Philyaw; and his sister Janie Caudill. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
